This flat is in one of the most prestigious parts of the city, right in the heart of the capital on Avenida da Liberdade, next door to Louis Vuitton, Burberry and other fashion boutiques. But its main selling point is, of course, that footballer Cristiano Ronaldo used to live here.
A few years ago Ronaldo sold the flat to a foreign buyer. But judging by the photos, the interiors he chose are still there.

The flat is available for terms of one month to one year. €15,000 a month is the price for a one-year lease; shorter contracts cost more.

The building is in Lisbon’s Santa Marta – Campo de Santana area. The flat is let furnished, but the listing says the photos are for illustration only, so the reality may differ. It has a private garden and a pool.

There’s no lift either, but fortunately the flat is on the ground floor (rés do chão). Its energy rating is B.
